The project was publicly announced as a collaboration between Exsim Development Sdn Bhd and the Malaysian Basketball Association (MABA). The redevelopment brings a new serviced-apartment proposition to a site long associated with Malaysian basketball.
EXSIM Group is an established Malaysian property developer with a portfolio spanning residential, commercial and industrial projects across the Klang Valley, positioned under its own banner of “new age ingenuity.” Published reporting also notes that the new MABA headquarters is planned to include a dedicated half basketball court.
